At The Risk Of Repeating Myself.....

I am SOOOOOOOOOOO ready, and so excited for this half-marathon!!!!!

This morning's run -

A total of 5.41 miles at a 7:59 pace. And I was nowhere near spent - I felt fabulous, and could have easily run a few more miles at that pace. 

I don't really have a specific time goal in mind for the half, but I am definitely, definitely going for a PR, and feeling really good about my chances of getting one. 

I'll be taking it nice and easy on tomorrow's run, and still undecided about the 5K on Saturday. I know myself, and I know that I'll go all out - it's a 5K, and I always go all out when I run a 5K. And I'm just not sure if I want to do that, or if I should go a little easier this weekend. 

Will mull that one over a bit more, while simultaneously savoring the stats from today's run : )
